If you can’t find an answer in our FAQs, there are different options available:
- If you’ve ordered from us and need help, you can contact us by WhatsApp at any time. Just reply to one of our messages with your question. Our virtual support team will read your message and get back to you.

Urgent or out of hours?
If you have an urgent enquiry, call 112 or 193.
If you think you have been exposed to HIV, visit the nearest health facility for help including Post Exposure Prophylaxis.
